All authors, editors, and reviewers must declare any or no competing interests that may influence the research and publication process. Competing interests include financial, institutional, personal, or other relationships. This declaration is submitted during manuscript submission and updated if changes occur. If there are no competing interests, authors state "The authors declare no competing interests."
