Appeals and Complaint Procedures (Prosedur Banding dan Keluhan)

Authors, editors, reviewers, or other parties may appeal or complain about the editorial process and journal decisions via the editorial email. The editorial office will review complaints objectively and confidentially, and respond within a reasonable time. If necessary, cases may be referred to the editor-in-chief or editorial board for a final decision. Actions may include clarification, correction, or retraction in accordance with COPE guidelines.
